All our jewellery comes with an Authentication Certificate. 100% payment is required before dispatch. All shipments are insured.

International Orders: No return/refund policy is available.

🛑 Cancellation Policy

  • Ready stock orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. 10% cancellation charges apply.
  • No cancellation for customised jewellery.
  • No cancellations allowed after dispatch.

🔁 Return Eligibility (initiated by Arista):

  • Defective product received
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damage during transit
  • Note: Products bought during SALE are not eligible for return or exchange.

🔄 Exchange Policy

  • Lifetime guarantee against manufacturing defects.
  • External damages (repairs by others, wear & tear, etc.) not covered.
  • No shipping charges for manufacturing defect replacement.
  • Shipping is chargeable for external damage claims.
  • No exchanges on externally damaged jewellery.

🛠️ Repair Policy

  • 6 months of FREE repairs.
  • Shipping charges are borne by the customer.
  • Component replacements are chargeable.
  • Invoice & authentication card required.
  • Lost/damaged authentication cards may void eligibility at Arista’s discretion.

📦 3-Day Return Policy

  • Return within 3 business days for full refund (up to ₹25,000 invoice value).
  • 3% fee on values above ₹25,000.
  • Product must be in original packaging with Arista tags.
  • Customized/bespoke jewellery is non-returnable (only lifetime buyback applies).
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable and paid by the customer.
  • International orders are non-returnable.
  • Refunds processed via bank transfer within 10 business days after quality check.
  • No return/exchange without barcode/tag and invoice.
  • Returns initiated by Arista may take 15–20 days.
  • Refunds appear in 7–10 days depending on the bank.

  • Applies after 3 days from invoice.
  • Gold rate based on current market value on date of product receipt.
  • Valuation based on inspection and quality check by Arista.
  • Payment via bank transfer within 10 business days after confirmation.
