• Products can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• To be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
• The product must be returned with original packaging, tags, invoice, and certificate of authenticity (if provided).
• Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
• Customized, personalised, or made-to-order pieces are not eligible for return.

3. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return:
1. Email us at contact@aristajewels.in within 7 days of delivery
2. Share your order number and reason for return
3. Our team will assist you with the process and arrange a reverse pickup (where serviceable)
4. Securely pack the product in its original packaging before handing it over

4. Refunds
• Once your return is received and passes our quality check, we will notify you of the approval status.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment.
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to purchase a different design, we request you to initiate a return and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the rare case that you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
• Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Share clear images/videos of the product and packaging
Our team will promptly arrange a replacement or full refund, depending on availability.
