Refund And Return Policy
All our jewellery is accompanied by an Authentication Certificate. 100% payment to be made before dispatch. All our shipments are insured. For any international deliveries, we do not have any return/refund policy. 3 BUSINESS DAY RETURNS – GET 100% MONEY BACK*.
Cancellation policy:
-For ready stock, order cancellation is possible only if the products have not been dispatched. 10% cancellation charges will be deducted and then the refund will be processed.
-Cancellation is not available in case you place an order for a customised jewellery.
-No orders can be cancelled once the order has been dispatched.
-Return will only be initiated from team Arista for the following instance:-
-The product received by the customer is defective.
-The wrong product was sent by the team.
-Any damage occurred during the transit.
-Products purchased during SALE are not eligible for return or exchange.
Exchange Policy:
1. The jewellery piece you purchased is guaranteed against manufacturing defects for its LIFE.
2. Jewellery, if damaged externally, is excluded from the replacement guarantee. External damages comprise of following:
-Repairs by a third party other than us.
-The damaged or mutilated piece, including loss of stones, etc. due to improper handling or accidents.
-Normal wear and tear throughout continuous usage, resulting in loss of weight, strength, and damage to the piece.
3. Shipping charges will not be applicable for Manufacturing Defects.
4. All Shipping charges will be applicable for external damages.
5. We don’t encourage the exchange of jewellery for external damages.
Repair Policy:
1. 6 Months of FREE repairs by us.
2. Conditions apply:
-All Shipping charges will be payable by you.
-Any replacement or addition of jewellery components will be charged to you as extra.
-It should be sent with an invoice and authentication card provided during the purchase.
-In case of loss or damage to the Authentication Card, rendering it unacceptable, the guarantee will be at the discretion of Arista.
3 Days Return Policy:

2. Enjoy hassle-free returns of orders up to 3 business days from the date of invoice and get 100% of the invoice value back to your account.
*Up to invoice value of Rs.25,000/-.
*Additional charges up to 3% may be applicable on invoice values greater than INR 25000/-. *Items must be returned with all Arista tags still attached and must be in their original packaging.
1. This excludes any product that has been designed through our bespoke service, i.e. designed exclusively for our client by Arista through customization of design, including engravings, sizing in such cases only a lifetime buyback policy will be applicable.
2. All the Shipping Charges will be payable by you.
3. This policy is not applicable for international orders. (Orders that will be shipped abroad from India)
4. Payment will be only via bank transfer to the customer’s bank account within 10 working days, after the quality check of the said product(s) is confirmed.
5. The customer should send back the product with barcode/tag to the address mentioned on the website .
6. Product without barcode/Tag and receipt will not be eligible for return/ exchange.
7. Refund will be initiated only after our team receives and inspects the product.
8. Shipping Charges won’t be refunded.
9. Returns that are initiated by our team will take 15-20 working days to deliver, as per the return norms of the shipping companies.
10. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item and will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear on your statement may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
Lifetime Buy-Back Policy:
1. If the jewellery is returned after 3 days of invoice, the gold price will be calculated on the current market rate. Based on your confirmation, we will buy back the jewellery and inform the value after inspection at our end.
2. The prevailing market value of your jewellery will be determined by Arista. An indicative valuation will be provided based on specifications provided by the customer, however, the final valuation might be subject to change as per quality check, completed only after the product is received and tested by Arista. The gold rate will be considered as-is on the date of receipt of the product by Arista.
3. Payment from buyback will be only via bank transfer to the customer’s bank account within 10 working days, after a quality check and valuation of the said product(s) is confirmed by the customer.
Note:
- We take the utmost care while making & packaging our products to provide our customers with the best experience.
- Our products are handcrafted and may slightly differ from piece to piece. These differences will not be considered manufacturing defects.
- In case of semi-precious stones, resins, Enamel etc. they might have some irregularities due to their natural form and will not be considered as manufacturing defects.
- We will not be able to guarantee the accuracy of the colors as it may vary depending on resolution and display of the screen for individual user.
